Pre-orders open, and the bonus contents are published
The June 24, 2026 announcements set prices, opened pre-orders, dated the pre-load and listed exactly what the Vintage Vice City Pack contains.
On June 24, 2026, Take-Two Interactive announced that Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders would open the following day, at midnight local time. The same release confirmed the November 19, 2026 launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, and set the announced US prices at $79.99 for the Standard Edition and $99.99 for the Ultimate Edition.
The release also dated the download: players who pre-order digital versions can begin pre-loading on November 12, 2026, and the boxed version becomes available the same day so its enclosed code can support that pre-load.
The Rockstar Support article updated on the same date went considerably further than the press release. It states that a disc will not be included in the box, that pre-loading begins on November 12 at local midnight, and it lists the Vintage Vice City Pack item by item: the ’55 Vapid Stanier Sedan and Garage, outfits and hairstyles, and an exclusive weapon pattern, with one month of GTA+ Membership attached to digital pre-orders and purchases.
That detail matters because most coverage of the pack was written from the press release alone, which does not itemise it. Where two official records differ in depth, this site uses the more detailed one and says which it used.
